Effective September 15, 2026. Spark Cam Chat is an early beta for adults to meet through random conversations and mutual connections.
Who can use Spark Cam Chat
You must be at least 18 and legally able to use the service where you live. Confirming your age is a statement by you, not proof of age or identity verification. The beta is intended for people in the United States. Do not misrepresent your age or location.
Your account and choices
You may start with a guest session or create a Spark Cam account. Keep your password and recovery code private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Choose an appropriate nickname. Region, state, and gender are optional; location and matching preferences are self-reported. We cannot guarantee a person’s identity, age, gender, location, intentions, availability, or conduct.
Respect and consent
Follow the Community Guidelines. No nudity, sexual acts, exploitation, harassment, threats, hateful conduct, scams, or illegal material. Romantic interest is never consent to sexual content, recording, pressure, or unwanted contact. Either person may leave at any time. Friends and private calls require both people’s agreement. Do not capture or distribute another person’s image or messages without their permission.
Safety and enforcement
You can end, block, and report. Reports are stored for operator review; this beta has no live human monitoring or automatic video screening. We may restrict accounts and remove connections for misuse. Contact us to request review of a restriction. Do not use this service for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
Fees and availability
Current beta features are free. Spark Plus at $1.99 per month is a proposal, not an active subscription. We do not collect card details or charge for registering interest. The planned Plus membership includes unlimited state and gender filters, private messages, and video calls with mutual friends. U.S. and regional matching and saving friends remain free. The proposed subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next charge; Plus continues until the end of the paid billing period. Canceling does not remove saved friends. When payments are enabled, these subscription terms are shown for agreement at Stripe checkout. Plus is needed to send private messages or initiate friend calls; reading received messages and answering friend calls remain free. Deleting your profile cancels any subscription immediately. Internet or mobile data charges from your provider may apply. Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable; matches and uninterrupted calls are not guaranteed.
Your content and privacy
You retain rights to your content. You permit us to transmit and temporarily store messages and connection information as needed to provide the service and review reports, as described in Privacy. This does not grant us permission to use your conversations in advertising. Other users can misuse information you share, so avoid sending sensitive personal or financial details.
Leaving and questions
You can delete your profile through Your profile on the homepage. This removes your account, friendships, invitations, and stored messages you sent. Safety reports may be retained as described in Privacy. Contact the Spark Cam Chat operator using the Contact page for support, privacy requests, or appeals. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Changes will be dated on this page.
